Our story

JADE Engineering Consultants Inc. is a federally incorporated consultancy registered in British Columbia and holding an Engineers and Geoscientists BC Permit to Practice (1006188). We provide traffic and transportation engineering for development: traffic impact assessments, parking and loading studies, site access and circulation design, and construction traffic management plans.

Our work is led by a Professional Engineer with 13 years of traffic and transportation engineering experience, including traffic impact studies for schools, hospitals, industrial facilities, retail and mixed-use developments reviewed by transport authorities. Every study is prepared to the reviewing authority's terms of reference, checked against a documented quality process, and sealed by the engineer responsible for it.

Professional Engineer registered with Engineers and Geoscientists BC. 13 years in traffic and transportation engineering and infrastructure project management, including traffic impact studies submitted to Abu Dhabi's Integrated Transport Centre and other authorities. Leads all technical delivery and quality assurance at JADE.

How we work

Quality — Every study follows a documented checking process and is sealed by the Professional Engineer responsible.
Standards — ITE Trip Generation, Transportation Association of Canada guidance, municipal terms of reference, analysis in Synchro and Sidra.
Insurance — Professional liability and commercial general liability insurance are arranged to meet each client's contract requirements.
Direct access — You deal directly with the engineer responsible for your report.
